Footsteps to Bardsey

For fifteen centuries, pilgrims have walked the length of the Lleyn Peninsula of Wales seeking peace and refuge on Bardsey Island. Set in a hostile sea, it is a place of myth, legend and haunting beauty. The music on this tape was largely written and recorded on Anelog, a small mountain which overlooks the island.

Track titles - Castell Odo:daybreak, looking to the southwest . Footsteps to Bardsey. Plas Newydd: watching our love. Braich-y-Pwyll. Ynys Enlli: endlessly dreaming. Aberdaron: waiting for a crossing. Porth Neigwl: a night full of stars. Anelog: home is where the heart is. The Dream of Macsen Wledig (now I find you)

This was my second album and, like "A View from Anelog", was originally released as a cassette - and it's still only available as a cassette. I haven't subsequently released it as a CD since all but two of the tracks on this album also feature on my compilation album "From Anelog to Bardsey", along with a number of tracks from "The View from Anelog".  The compilation disk just seems like a much better deal but if you really want a copy as a CD let me know - if the demand's there then I'd be happy to meet it - but I still think "From Anelog to Bardsey" is a better bet!
