Bear Minimum is a bluegrass flavored duet that remembers the old-country sound.

Dave "Tex" Orlomoski from Barkhamsted, CT and Dave Shaw from Belmont, NH make up the duo Bear Minimum, performing old country and bluegrass music in the traditional brother duet style.  They've been playing as a duo for the past several years, showcasing their Louvin Brothers and Delmore Brothers style of singing.  In 2015 they released their first recording, " The Automobile of Life " on the Open Road label.  Both men are multi-instrumentalists and vocalists, playing various combinations of guitar, mandolin, banjo and fiddle.
