Attached below are some of the documents that you will find helpful in supporting your Participating Teacher this year.
Logs are due on the first of each month, according to the Log Due Dates document below. Logs may be completed digitally or in handwritten from, and they must be signed by the Support Provider and Participating Teacher.
Substitute Requests must be submitted 5 days prior to the requested day for the substitute. No request will be considered without site administrator approval. After an observation, an Observation Record must be submitted to the BTSA office within one week. An Observation Record need not be submitted by a Support Provider who is observing a Participating Teacher as a part of formative assessment.
On Site Support Sessions Form is due by September 2 of each year. This indicates a commitment to meet each week, on a day and time ageed to by the Support Provider and Participating Teacher.
Near the bottom of the download list is the set of Observation Tools introduced at the Inquiry 2 session in September. We hope you will find them useful for providing appropriate observation evidence to teachers.
