Community Association - Admin

The Community Association manages the land in Deposit Plan 270485 known as North Wallarah Peninsular Lake Sector - Murrays Beach Precinct.

The management is in accordance with Wallarah Peninsular Community Management Statement - DP270484 Murrays Beach, Lake Macquarie Council Plans and Regulations, NSW State Government Laws and Regulations and North Wallarah documents. These documents can be viewed under Documents

An Executive Committee manages the Community Association and is elected annually.

The Executive Committee can be up to 9 people and comprises a Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer. All decisions are the responsibility of the Executive Committee, Lot Owners can make representations to the Executive Committee.
