Design and Development of Eco-Friendly & Energy Efficient Charcoal Kiln. In this research work, the Allo Thermal Retort has been tested with dense wood. particularly, the Prosopis juliflora charcoal and the results shows that it has the lowest ash content (<3%) and the highest fixed carbon content (<70%). This kiln has been developed, constructed and tested as a pilot plant.
Production of Hydrogen by using Solar Thermochemical process, In this process the metal oxide was heated upto 1500 ˚C and splitted into metal and oxygen then the metal was quenched with water to form metal oxide and the Hydrogen gas which is used for various application.

Numerical Analysis of Flow Characteristics in an Exhaust Annular Diffuser, Studied the effects of wakes in the performance of an exhaust annular diffuser with and without struts. Obtained 12% decrease in losses in the diffuser without struts when compared to the diffuser with struts.
Design and Fabrication of Low Temperature Difference Solar Powered Stirling Engine. Designed and fabricated a solar powered Stirling engine to operate at a minimum temperature difference of 14°C. Obtained stable engine rotation speeds ranging from 140 rpm to 375 rpm at 14°C to 40°C temperature difference.
