Blueberry Mango Coconut Blast Smoothie

1/2 cup vanilla coconut yogurt

2/3 cup vanilla coconut milk

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

1 tablespoon flaxseed (optional)

1 teaspoon honey

 

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.  Drink immediately. 

Makes 2 servings
