  • Parent Help - Costumes
    If any parent is willing to do some sewing at home please come to the dressing rooms (near the stage) on Wednesday, Jan. 17 at 6:30PM. Char will have costumes cut out and ready to be taken home to sew. If you have any questions please contact Char:  char.wilson.designs(AT)

  • We NEED more students for Costume Crew for Cinderella
    We need MORE students to help find, make, and organize costumes for Cinderella. Information about Costume Crew can be found here. There is a letter from Mrs. Char and a sign up form. If you are interested in joining costume crew download the form and come to a meeting on Monday, January 15 at 6:00PM.Meeting will be held in the dressing rooms near the stage. If you can’t make that meeting but want to be a part of costume crew please give your completed form to Mr. Wagner by Monday, Jan. 15.

    Cast - The rehearsal schedule packet has been posted. You can download it here. There are also copies in Mr. Wagner’s room. It is very detailed and can seem overwhelming. Please read the packet carefully. If you have questions after reading it please ask.

    Thank you to everyone who attended the parent meeting on Wednesday. It was great meeting you! If you were not able to be at the meeting and would still like to get involved please fill out a parent volunteer form and return it to Mr. Wagner ASAP. We would like to get all parent forms in before winter break. Thanks!

    We have a wonderful opportunity for A business or group to support MTPA. We have ad space at the bottom of every ticket purchased and printed at home. The number of tickets printed at home for the musicals has been around 1500-2000. We expect even higher numbers for Cinderella! That’s a lot of advertising space! The ad can be a business coupon or just an ad supporting MTPA. If you know of someone who might be interested in this ad space please contact the Wagners ASAP! We can provide samples and more statistics as needed!

  • Become an MTPA Sponsor!
    A few years ago we began a sponsorship program for MTPA. All money raised through sponsorships goes directly to help fund MTPA productions. If everyone in MTPA got one sponsor it would help a great deal.  All sponsors are listed in the program. More details are on the sponsor sheet. If you have any questions please contact the Wagners. Sponsor forms are due by February 1.

  • Tech Crews (Running crew, sound, lights)
    We have put together a tentative tech schedule for both the play and the musical. It can be downloaded here. If you are interested in being on running crew, lighting crew, or sound crew for either show please download this page and put the dates on your calendar right away! Crew members need to be at all tech rehearsals!

List of Businesses Contacted for MTPA Sponsors

We would like to keep track of businesses that have been contacted for the MTPA sponsorships so that we don’t ask a business twice. If you have contacted a business about becoming a sponsor (regardless if they said yes or no) please submit that information here: Submit Name of Business

Photos from MTPA 2017-2018 - WE Need Your PHOTOS!

We would like photos from both the fall play and musical. These can be production pictures AND/OR candid shots. We would love to have a lot of fun pictures for the banquet at the end of the year. You can upload photos using this link:

You do not need a password to upload photos. However after you upload your photos and click ”I'm done uploading“ the next screen will ask for a password to view the album. You won’t be able to go farther as we have password protected the album so that it is not open to the world. Have no fear your pictures were uploaded if you used the above link!

Please upload pictures at any time this year! We would love to have a great collection of pictures for our banquet! Thanks!


If you would like to join MTPA please fill out this online form. By filling out this form you will be added to the MTPA database. EVERYONE must fill out this form even if you have been a member of MTPA in the past. 

As a member of MTPA you will be expected to support the organization through your participation in productions and activities throughout the year. MTPA membership requirements are:
Sell 4 tickets for both shows
Buy a pin ($1) for both shows
Participate in a crew or cast for at least one show,including strike (theatrical lingo for taking down the set and cleaning everything up).

NOTE: All students who are in the cast, pit orchestra, stage crew, or costume crew are included in the MTSD Activity Fee Policy. Information about this policy can be found on the district website. Please note, MTSD administration has stated that the play and the musical count as two separate activities. Please return ALL forms to Mr. Wagner in room 140 so that we can keep accurate MTPA records. Please do not pay the fee until you have been directed to do so by your MTPA advisor! Thank you!
