There are two types of non-smoking (ns) only rooms available for the MTD Family reunion: 1) Deluxe King NS and 2) Deluxe Queen NS.
Note: Deluxe is the same as a standard room.
Please read the below mandatory guidelines and/or notes before booking a reservation for clarity and a no hassle stay.
The MTD rates are only guaranteed via the MTD booking website link, https://book.passkey.com/e/50772574, or by calling the hotel directly at1-800-675-3267. Provide an ID of "MTDG24C." Hours of operation for booking by phone are Mon - Fri 7am-11pm and Sat - Sun 9am-5pm, pacific time. No other booking confirmation numbers are accepted.
You must be 21 years old to reserve a room. Photo ID required upon Checkin. Photo ID must match name on reservation. Any name change must be requested 48 hours prior to arrival no exception.
Cutoff date to reserve room(s) is Thursday June 27, 2024.
The hotel per federal law, you cannot possess, use, buy, sell or cultivate marijuana on their property. Any violation you will be asked to leave the property.
Under age 21 cannot enter, loiter or be near gaming/casino area. Strictly enforced.
Guns, knives, or weapons of any kind are not allowed on hotel or casino premises for any reason. You will be asked to leave and not entitled to a refund on any prepaid amount.
First night’s room rate + plus tax is required at the time of booking/reserving your room. The resort fee + tax is not charged upon booking. The following payments are accepted: AMEX, Diners Club, Master Card, Discover, Visa, debit card or Money Order .
NOTE: Debit card pre authorization acts as a direct withdrawal from bank account & funds are automatically withdrawn upon checkin.
NOTE: At checkin you must post a valid credit card to secure individual room accounts & cover an additional $100 security/damage deposit for standard/deluxe rooms.
Any deluxe rooms requiring triple or quadruple occupancy will be surcharged $20 per additional person, per room, per night + plus tax. Children age fifteen and under same room with parents in existing bedding are free.
Check in is 4pm pacific time and check out is 11am pacific time. Note: Early checkin prior to 11am $35 extra and between 11am to 2pm is $25 extra. Late check out 11am to 1pm is $30 extra, 1pm to 3pm is $50 extra and after 3pm full day rate + resort fee + tax
Upon checkin you can request refrigerator $30 + tax per stay (one time fee) based on availability
Bellman/Baggage handling available at $4.50 per person.
Roll away beds $20 + tax per day only available Deluxe Kings based on availability
Linens- limited to one additional set per room daily. Additional subject $15 + tax
A welfare check will be conducted after “Do Not Disturb” sign has been placed for two consecutive days.
NOTE: Please advise in advance the MTD reunion committee if accommodations are required for a disabled family member.
