Practice Schedule Overview

Danville:
Sunday:  4:00pm, various locations--see calendar.  Joint Practice with our Pleasanton team-Long Run of 5-9 miles
  • Sunday* 4pm - location varies, long run see the official Calendar
  • Monday- 4:30pm Oak Hill Park--shorter distance speed focused workout
  • Wednesday- 4:30pm Oak Hill Park--longer aerobic intervals (often moved to Thursday depending on races)
  • Thursday- 4:30pm Oak Hill Park--recovery run with short strides 

Pleasanton:
Sunday:  4:00pm, various locations--see calendar.  Joint Practice with our Danville team-Long Run of 5-9 miles
Tuesday:  5:00pm, various locations--see calendar. Form, strength and VO2 power. Typically 3 to 5 miles.  
Thursday: 5:00pm,Woodthrush Park in Pleasanton.  General Endurance equivalent to 3-5 miles.
Saturday:  9:00am, various locations--see calendar. Early in the season: aerobic endurance 3 to 6 miles. Late in the season: race specific speed 2-4 miles.
