Cross Country Practice Schedule


  • Sunday: 4:00pm, various locations--see calendar. Joint Practice with our Danville team-Long Run of 3-9 miles
  • Tuesday: 5:00pm, various locations--see calendar. Form, strength and VO2 power. Typically 3 to 5 miles.
  • Thursday: 5:00pm,Woodthrush Park in Pleasanton. General Endurance equivalent to 3-5 miles.
  • Saturday: 9:00am, various locations--see calendar. Early in the season: aerobic endurance 3 to 6 miles. Late in the season: race specific speed 2-4 miles.


Between August 20-October 20 MDH will hold joint practice with CYO XC

After October 20 our schedule will be:

Sunday: 4:00pm-5:45pm Various Locations with our Pleasanton sister team. Check Team Snap Calendar.

Monday: 4:30pm-6:00pm Oak Hill Park

Wednesday: 4:30pm-6:15pm Oak Hill Park

Thursday: 4:30pm-6:00pm Oak Hill Park
