Why You Should Join Our Club

Welcome to the MTC Training Website. Please feel free to browse and see what we have to offer you. If you think we meet your triathlon training requirements then please contact us and we will provide you with the times and places so you can come and join one of our sessions. The ethos of the club is to fully enjoy the sport of triathlon and our sessions are designed to develop your overall triathlon performance, enhance your training program for the current season in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

We welcome all athletes regardless of your fitness level, whatever your goal - enjoyment is the key!

Good luck to all particpants of all events whether sprint or long course, at home or abroad. Remember while you are participating that no matter what the result, it is the taking part that counts .

If you are particpating in a 5km fun run, or even running an Ironman you are more than welcome to join our club to increase your conditioning .

Session updates will be uploaded here, on Facebook and on the Proboard  to keep you all fully in the picture of how we can  have a productive winter and improve your 2012 season.
