Hello and welcome!  Eighth grade is a really exciting year, and I'm looking forward to sharing it with you.  For Language Arts class this year, I ask that you please bring the following items to class with you:

• a writing utensil

• an independent reading book for the Accelerated Reading Program (ARP)

• multi-colored highlighters or colored pencils

• your assigned Chromebook

• earbuds or headphones

• a binder for storing handouts

• tab dividers for binder (optional)

• stylus (optional)

• mouse (optional)
