3rd/5th: jog, finish presentations, yoga video
6th: jog, notes on a couple slides and workout (bring comp book and pencil)
7th: walk/jog, finish dances (and email them), yoga video, choice of bball or vball
 
Tuesday:
2nd: abs, units (yoga video)
3rd/5th: yoga video, relaxation
6th: basketball (new teams)
 
Wednesday:
TBD
 
Thursday:
2nd: Run, yoga
3rd/5th: Run, yoga
6th: Run, bball
7th: fitness testing (mile included), step aerobics, TBD
 
Friday:
2nd: short quiz, yoga
3rd/5th: quiz, walk (weather permitting)
6th: quiz, workout
