Thursday we will be having a small celebration of our year in our 6th-period class and we will be sharing shout outs and appreciations.

Take a couple of minutes and think about a student in this class who has helped make your class experience better.  Think of specific examples, like that time someone explained a problem to you in a way that you understood or that time you were having a bad day and one student said something to you that really helped or maybe that one kid who just comes in every day and is really nice and helpful to everyone.

Write down the names of all the people who have done something that you appreciate and what it was that you appreciated, it could be just a word ‘Chris- helpful’. You do not need to put down your best friends. Your best friends should already know how much you appreciate them, and if they don’t you should probably tell them at lunch today.  Think about people who may not be a part of your daily life or may have no idea that they’ve impacted you at all.
