Chromebooks

We will use chromebooks in class frequently (once every one to two weeks, if not more). It is vital that students follow expectations for handling chromebooks, so that we can continue to get the most out of these tools.

Expectations:
  1. No food or drink while using a chromebook, not even water. (If you have a medical necessity that requires water, please speak to your teacher privately.)
  2. You are responsible for your chromebook while it is out. Please plug it into the correct space in the cart when you are done so students in the next class will also be able to use it. Make sure it is plugged in with the hinge down (this protects the chromebooks and helps them last longer).
  3. Use the chromebook ONLY for what your teacher has asked you to do. There is NO off-topic browsing or playing music/videos. If you use the chromebook for personal activities during class time you will lose access to it.
Google Classroom

Here are the directions for how to join your English class and access assignments and announcements on Google classroom:

1. Log into your students.berkeley.net account
2. Go to this url: classroom.google.com
3. Enter your class code:
  •       1st Period: 0gu6mcx
  •        3rd Period: 8xp2zg
  •        4th Period: fvv8du9
