• 7th GRADE HISTORY

Yay! I'm in seventh grade! What can I look forward to?!

Well, in seventh grade we cover medieval world history. That means we spend a little bit of time looking at a lot of different civilizations in the medieval era through the Age of Enlightenment. Throughout the course of the year we will look at:
  •  Why salt was worth more than gold in Africa??
  • Why Umayyads never should have gone to a meeting??
  • What  Ring Around the Rosie really means!
  • And so much more!

The highlight for most students, is the Medieval Fair. In class we will look at the unique set of events that led to the medieval social structure, do some research, and end the unit with a reenactment of a medieval fiefdom!

CALENDARS
CHECK HERE TO SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING IN CLASS, ASSIGNMENTS, AND DUE DATES
The calendar is for student and parent information but is subject to change at any time.
While I will try to keep it as accurate as possible, we must be flexible based on school schedule, and the pace of student's learning.
