1.   General

Thông số chung

 

PUS series of three-dimensional polyurethane gasket sealing machine is high technology products, all the key parts and control applies famous brand, the quality can compare with Italy Machine. The machine can correspond automatically to different a cast in the flat work piece, groove, or a variety of heterosexual mold. And the mixture material will react and foam to be gasket the ring, and firmly bonded with the work piece. Automatic pouring of foaming ring, is the continuity of the production process, but there is no obvious joint point with directly bonding with the

work piece. Therefore, whatever in sealing, anti-moisture, anti-dust, sound proof, shock absorbers, insulation, and other physical features,  all is the best performance. And  entirely by UL / CE safety standard certification and MIL-STD-167 shock and EN50298 waterproof and dustproof testing.

PUS30-A three-dimensional polyurethane gasket sealing consist of machine polyurethane low pressure injector and linear robot.

polyurethane low pressure injector applies material tank (POLY.), isocyanate (ISO.) ; two metering units respectively, with gear metering pump to adjust output flow  by frequency speed adjustable motor .

Linear robot is control by CNC , which can do automatic pouring by different shape.l

The material metering accuracy is 0.5%. Metering unit consist of machine frame, variable speed motors, couplings, precision gear metering pumps, safety valves, pressure sensors, speed sensors, speed gear motor and metering pump .

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.7      Pressure limit and control system

 

Poly and ISO working pressure is 0~4MPa. If working pressure  exceeds the set pressure range, the device will automatically stops the material injection and alarm

2.8      Flow metering and control system

 

As pump output flow rate and material mixing ratio regular related parameters;

 

Material flow quantity changes by speed of control motor. With respective injection valve, A and B material flow back respective containers for metering, and also check and calibrate flow parameters and mixing ratio, so that to get flow regulation and control.

2.9      Material filter

 

Both  ISO  and  POLY  has  net filter, installed between the metering  pump and feed  tank. Filtering accuracy is 330μm.


2.10  Mixing head

 

Materials jet to mixing chamber through the valve, with precise and synchronization.

 

l  Mechanical mixing by the servo motor-driving ;

 

l  motor and stirring shaft connect by coupling drive, the speed can be adjusted through the touch screen set ;

l  On test state, the motor and stirring shaft does not rotate;

 

l  Mixing in advance and lag time control by program,  automatic mixing and manual mixing  two modes option;

l  Valves open and close control by the cylinder;

 

l  Mixing head and mixing chamber and conical nozzle, easy assemble and disassemble;

 

l  Needle control valve can adjust the pressure balance for each component;

 

l  Jet nozzle locking system ensure that material flow is very accurate from start to end , sealing size, is precise , especially in the binding position.

 

 

2.11  Machine frame

 

Used to install the feed tank, metering systems, pipelines and control systems.

 

2.12  Mixing head cleaning system

 

l  Solenoid valve control, air blasting, liquid washing;

 

l  Compressed air blow out the remains from mixing head and dry solvent;

 

l  Air blasting, liquid washing controlled by PLC through the OP7 operator panel settings;

 

l  Air blasting, liquid washing can also be manually controlled  or by the program control;

Heating: 2 × 0.5KW, sandwich heated body, the two heating units, respectively control the heating of the two material tank.

 

 

2.16  Pipe system

 

ISO and Poly pipeline, including the soft hose used to duct the raw materials. The feed tube installed on the mixing head. Material return pipe and material tank connected.


 

-Polyol component is PU high pressure hose;

 

-ISO component is Teflon high-pressure hose with wire reinforced.

 

The gas-liquid pipe used to transport compressed air and cleaning liquid, composed by the high-pressure pipe with anti- solvent;
