I.  Installation/Commissioning/Personal Training and After Sales Service

I.  Installation and Commissioning

The Installation instruction, Supervision, and Training shall be done by the seller. The return flight tickets for the installation people from TAIYUAN CHINA, a good accommodation, restaurant food, local transportation costs for the seller’s staff required for Installation, Supervision, and Training will be paid by buyer.

The seller provides the 6 engineers to the buyer, and must ready for the vessel to the engineers. When the buyer received the B/L and notify the seller, the engineers will arrived at the country of the buyer in ten days.

The installation instruction for the complete line will be done by 4 Chinese engineers. They will need to stay 1 month just for installation instruction, 10 days just for running test and operation training.

II.  Guarantee

The Seller should repair/replace, free of charge, any mechanical or electrical parts which owing to defect in design, material or workmanship fail or show signs of failure at any time within12 months from the date of an “Acceptance Certificate” or 14 months from the date of shipment whichever is earlier.

The Seller shall not be liable for the defects arising out of:

a)      Ordinary wear and tear, corrosion and erosion.

b)      Wildness handling, negligence, misoperation and improper maintenance.


 

c)      Any change of any part or whole of the Goods by the Buyer.

d)      Removal or transfer of any part or whole of the Goods by the Buyer.

The text of the guarantee will be proposed by the buyer and also by the seller.

2、    Drums cover and bottom production line:

(1)  To forming the cover and bottom by 125 T puncher, the raw material is single steel

plate, loading and unloading by manual. Unit power is 11KW.


 

 

(2)    To produce the infusing oil hole and ventilating hole for drums  is used by 2 sets  of 63Ton press or 4sets of 25Ton press. 25Ton Unit power: 4KW; 63Ton unit power 5.5KW.

 


 

3) Pre-curl spray glue machine:

 


 

Before seaming, the drum top and bottom need pre-curl, at same time must spray glue to ensure the seaming quality.

 

3.  Drum body forming line:

 

A.        Rounding machine:

The rounding machine is 3 rollers type , driven by motor, the radius adjustable, special guide plate is equipped to make the steel plate two ends of the edge minimum. Unit power: 2.2 KW;


 

 

BAuto welding machine:


To connect the rounded drums body along

 

the direction of the body, to weld by sewing welding machine, manual operate. power: 150KVA;

CExtrusion flange and Beading machine:


 

The machine put the drum body to insert the forming mold plate, move front and back together to form the flange directlyAt same time making the beading.. Flange precision is


 

perfect, working more efficiency, it is proper to use for cold rolling steel plate, PLC control, hydraulic driving. Unit power:22 KW.

DCorrugating machine: (To form the W type corrugate machine)



 

The machine makes the corrugate on the drums body from the two ends of drums body at the same time. Two rolls extend to the drum body inner and out at the same time to form the corrugate, the roller is driven by the motor and press the roll running, the hydraulic cylinder put the up roll down, two roll clamp the drum body turning, to complete the corrugate form. The machine is controlled by PLC, hydraulic driving,. Unit power 22.5KW.

The machine can make and press W type beading or corrugate, can make the W type beading and the corrugate at the same time, based on change the roll and wheel.

 

ESeaming machine:

 

 

To put the drum top bottom on the loading stand by manual, with drum body auto load press and seam the drums. Double motors and two main shafts running, this is new type

construction in this field, drive the seam machine.

The seam machine roll wheels are driven by hydraulic, easy to adjust, PLC controlled, unit power 41KW.

 


FLeakage testing machine:

 

 

horizontal type test, air press 0.03Mpa. Manual spray the soap water, manual test the leakage. There are two type of test leakage machines, one is PLC control, hydraulic driving, another is simple, normal control, pneumatic testing machine
