This week in reading workshop we will be starting to talk about the elements of fiction specifically characterization. We will be reading a book together in class called Z for Zachariah, which we will use to talk about the different elements that we will be studying this grading period. We will not have writing workshop.

This week we are working ,establishing classroom routines for reading and writing workshops, context clues, and 5 paragraph essay about themselves (Introduction, Interest 1, Interest 2, and Interest 3, and conclusion/future.).
