The story behind the name:

A compass is a tool that many travelers and adventurers use to figure out just where it is they're traveling or adventuring to. It provides guidance in order for these explorers to progress.
That's the same idea with this website. Here, you'll find worksheets and documents that are intended to help students, parents, and educators as we travel and make progress in the world of math.
  • For students, lesson outlines and notes related to the current topic can be found here, helping to ensure that every student can stay up to date with class material. Various practice worksheets can be found here, that I'll assign from time to time as well.
  • For parents and guardians, this website is a great way to stay up-to-date with what material is being covered in class, as well as knowing exactly what assignments are due or when upcoming tests and projects may be. It is also a place to find my contact information, if you ever need to contact me.
  • For educators, along with all my worksheets and lesson plans that I post here (which you are more than welcome to use), I'll provide other guides and tools that may be useful as well. One such guide that I'm excited to share with fellow math educators is my Guide to LaTeX---a program that educators can use to type of their very own math documents.
