¶ In 2000, I broke my foot in an accident at work, and for the next 28wks I was at home practically '24X7' with my foot in a plaster cast. So since I was whiling away the hours online just browsing, I thought I put my time to better use. So I started to teach myself html and before long I felt confident enough to create my first webpage and put it live 'without' a computer. Just using a Settop Box, TV-Internet on NTL's [Now called Virgin Media]  Open Internet Access. In 2005 I bought a computer and started to add more pages making it a site. I've had my website with Yahoo Geocities since 2001.

¶ Since Yahoo have decided to 'pull the plug' on Geocities, and are closing it down on 26th Oct. 2009. Yahoo have already closed down their social network blog, 'Yahoo 360' it was closed on 13th July 2009... I've now taken the steps of moving my website content over here to... 'Googlepages.com' I have also move from Googlepages to GoogleSites.
