The Briefcase Binder
We’ll call it a Briefcase Binder in class, but don’t worry—it’s just a regular binder. I will go over more details in class about this notebook.Think of it as a portfolio that will ultimately help you prepare for the AP Calculus AB exam (and your tests and final exams, which will be cumulative)
You will place items behind the dividers in reverse chronological order (most recent unit on top). I should be able to flip to a divider to grade that current unit.
What is submitted on the DAY OF your unit test?
Section 1 – Unit Summaries
REQUIRED: Fill in the “Quick Reference Box” on the sheet provided to you
REQUIRED: Create a unit summary (one page front and back)
Section 2 – Review Problems
REQUIRED: Review Problems (turn in the original problems along with your work)
Section 3 – Homework Collected on Test Day
REQUIRED: Unit homework (clearly labeled!)
I will tell you on test days which HW assignments to submit.
Section 4 – Quizzes and Quiz Corrections
REQUIRED: Your graded quiz
OPTIONAL: Quiz corrections
Section 5 – Graded Tests and Miscellaneous
OPTIONAL: Anything else you’d like to include
