Starting in the Fall of 2003, Mr. Craddock served as the
school's Curriculum Technology Integration Partner for the next four school
years. In 2007 Mr. Craddock joined the Career and Technical Education
department and teaches a variety of courses in the Business and Information
Technology discipline. In 2012, Mr. Craddock took on the leadership role in the Career and Technical Education department as the lead teacher.
In 2007 Monticello High School implemented the AVID program.
Mr. Craddock served as the program coordinator and one of the elective teachers
through the 2011-12 school year.
Mr. Craddock also serves Monticello High School as the Lead
Career and Technical Education Teacher, Lead Instructional Technology Teacher
and Web Page Coordinator. He also serves the School Division as a Lead Web Page
Coordinator and is a member of the Albemarle County Public Schools DART
Advisory Committee. Mr. Craddock has also served on the School Improvement
Team, Crisis Response Team, SchoolNet Steering Committee during it's
implementation as well as one of Monticello High School's Framework Advisors
for four years prior to the Coaching Model Implementation.
In the 2010 Spring sports season Mr. Craddock joined the
Monticello Mustang Softball program as an assistant JV coach and has since
served as head JV coach and now assistant Varsity coach.
Mr. Craddock was recognized in the Spring of 2011 by the
Charlottesville Business Innovation Council with the Red Apple Award and by
UVA's Phi Delta Kappa Chapter as their Outstanding Secondary Teacher of the
In his spare time Mr. Craddock enjoys spending time with his
wife, daughter, and two dogs and you will often find him out on the lake trying to catch
the big fish.
