Electronics Policy
At CHS, each teacher is allowed to institute their own, individual electronics policy for their classroom. Mr. Chandler's policy is that personal electronics are allowed to be used in the classroom only when the blue light at the front of the classroom is turned on. When the light is off, students are NOT allowed to have any electronic devices out of their pocket or bag. If they do, they will be given a single warning. If they have to be warned again, they will receive a referral and may be sent to their AP's office. Arguing about the electronics policy with Mr. Chandler will also result in a referral. Mr. Chandler is the only person who can decide when and if the blue light is turned on. This policy is subject to change at any time and will be updated here if and when that happens.
