Unit 4 Mirrors and Lenses
During this unit we will explore the effects mirrors and lenses have on light waves. We will see how plain, concave, and convex mirrors reflect light. We will then discover how converging and diverging lenses refract light. We will learn about focal points, centers of curvature, and principle axis. We will apply what we learned about reflection and refraction to this unit. We will focus the majority of our time learning how to draw ray diagrams.
