What's the Point? Perspective!!

Temple Run is a great example of 1 point perspective.

Perspective is a formula to explain how we see space (or the illusion of space). A picture is just a flat piece of paper. Our brains make the illusion of depth. Artist can use perspective in all sorts of ways.

Dazzle Camouflage

Here is a great way that artist have used perspective for a purpose. What's strange is the purpose was war! During WW1 an artist named Norman Wilkinson designed a way to confuse, rather than conceal, naval ships. Over 4000 ships were painted with Dazzle Camouflage. Edward Wadsworth was a painter that also did some work that used the same technique.
