The INSPIRE Movement was created to simply encourage and enable people to be more inspiring in all aspects of their lives.   One of my favorite inspirational teachers is Lance Secretan; I have shared many of his techniques and methods throughout this website.   Please take time to review them and really allow them to sink in and start to practice them in your daily routines.

The key to being inspirational is understanding that the entire process is an ‘inside job', we have to be inspirational ourselves before we can inspire others by example.   One important point is understanding that there is a huge difference between inspiring and motivating.   One is a selfish act and the other is being of service to others.

Inspirational leadership is servant leadership.

Our society has become very self-focused and we need to learn by practice how to become more others focused.  According to research it takes a minimum of 21 days to make or break a habit.  So each of us must put into place the routine of being more inspirational for at very least 21 days in order to start seeing these changes not only in ourselves but also in the people’s lives we touch on a daily basis.

How do we get there…   I have included many excellent resources and tools that I will continue to build upon under the blog section of the website that will help you practice the art of being more inspirational in everything you do.   You will know it is working when you start seeing the change in others around you.   As you become more inspiring you will notice that the people around you will also become more inspiring over time.

The key to being an inspirational leader is simply being what you desire to see in others and offering to serve others in ways that helps them become more inspirational.   Think about some of the most well known inspirational leaders in the world’s history:  Jesus, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Theresa, Mozart, Princess Diana, Albert Einstein, Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King; just to name a few.   They all served others in ways that touched people’s hearts.   They all expressed compassion and were examples to others.   That is the key to being inspirational – you have to live it…   Please JOIN us...

"Attitude is caught, not taught".

Try to inspire others to "catch" the right attitude.

Leadership is not so much about technique and methods as it is about opening the heart…about inspiration–of oneself and of others. Great leadership is about human experiences, not processes…is not a formula or a program, it is a human activity that comes from the heart and considers the hearts of others.

It is an attitude, not a routine.
