Certificate of Insurance:  All participating programs must bring copy of CIO to the event in order to participate.  You may also scan and send to prior to the event.

Team Legend and Schedule:  A chart that will help you find your team on the schedule.  Every bracket (by grade level) is assigned a color.  You may follow your bracket and group on the main schedule by following the assigned colors:  You may find the schedule located on the second worksheet attached to the team brackets:

Schedule Update Log:  PLEASE READ.  Below is a log of any schedule changes or updates.  If there is a change to the tournament schedule, it will be documented below to ensure everyone has the right schedule in the event of a change.

  • Wednesday, May 24th, 12pm.  First Edition Published
  • Thursday, May 25th, 9am.  Adjustment made to Girls' U15 bracket.  Start time have changed (first game pushed back to 9am, instead of 8am).

Vendors:  Food and water stands will be available throughout the day.  We will have three food stands, and several water/powerade stations on site.  There will be a vendor area, including Universal Lacrosse.  We will also have an area where athletes can see how fast they can shoot!

 Rain/Thunder Plan:  Please note that as this is a benefit event, there will be no refunds in the case of inclement weather.  If, during the tournament, weather should delay us, we will ask that people immediately move to their cars for safety.  Please do not leave the event.  Please stay in your car until more information is provided by the tournament director.  We will communicate with our teams via PA system, as well as our Twitter account:  Please encourage your parents to follow us on Twitter to receive pertinent game-day information @MOLaxClassic, or in the event that we need to get out an emergency message.

 T-Shirt Tent:  Tournament T-shirts will be available but in a limited quantity.  Tournament shirts will be $15, and we will only be accepting cash.  Make sure you get there early before we sell out!

Refs:  We will be scheduling two referees at every field.  Keep in mind, this event is a celebration of the game we all love, and sportsmanship, camaraderie, and fair play.
