Mother Jones Rabbitry

PLEASE NOTE!  We have just relocated ...

"MJR" is a small rabbitry located in the Bitterroot Valley of western Montana specializing in purebred American Blue and White rabbits, a now-rare rabbit breed developed in America almost 100 years ago and listed on the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy (ALBC) "Critically Endangered" list.

This rabbit was bred to provide meat and fur and is an exceptionally good-natured animal with a distinctive "mandolin" shape.  The beautiful "blue" of the thick, glossy coat is ideally one of the deepest of slate-grays found in the rabbit world.
