The CWA started in the Southern Highlands as the Berrima District branch in February, 1925.
This branch closed ten months later, dividing into (1) Bowral and (2) Moss Vale-Sutton Forest-Exeter branches.

The first formal Moss Vale meeting was in March 1926, becoming Moss Vale in 1946 when Exeter branch opened.

Our building first opened in July, 1949, and has had two major upgrades since then.
Our branch interacts with the community in many ways, evolving from its historical roots
of a Baby health centre to providing friendship and support, helping the community,
lobbying for change, donations to appeals and various fund raising and fun activities.

After decades hosting the Baby Heath Centre, the Moss Vale function closed on 28th April 2017 following a Dept of Health restructure.

The Branch makes both financial and practical donations to local schools
and other worthwhile community groups, community events and individual needs.

Potential members are welcome to join us at our monthly Coffee and Craft functions held the third Wednesday each month from 9.30 am, or via our special events as set out in our calendar
