Andover Educational Improvement Association


   The Andover Educational Improvement Society is a charitable corporation whose purpose is to improve education in Andover by providing grants of $500 or less for projects which go beyond the financial realm of the schools. These creative endeavors are then available to all educators in Andover including; The Andover Public Schools, Phillips Academy, St. Augustine's School,The Greater Lawrence Regional Vocational Technical High School, Pike School and the Montessori School of Andover.

   The Association is directed by an Executive Board consisting of an elected Treasurer, an elected Secretary, and nine Board members from whom is elected a President of the Board. Elections are held in May of each year, and all members are eligible to run for office.

    The Association does not involve itself with propaganda or any attempts to influence legislation, nor does it participate in political campaigns.
