Simply, Restorative Yoga is slow and easy, well supported by props and personal adjustments that position the head, torso, and limbs for ultimate release of tension. The nerves calm, the body and mind open for rest and healing. 

Restorative practice aids sleep, digestion; eases pain, lethargy; increases energy and well-being. These are small groups limited to six to ensure ample personal space for each yogi. The body needs time, support, and gravity to release fully into the postures and relax. Students will learn to adapt and practice relaxation skills at home for better health and happiness.
