The apartment, completely renovated and restored, is situated on the second floor of an old building in the heart of medieval Siena in the restricted traffic zone, one of the city's most prestigious streets, full of elegant shops.
Almost all universities are within walking distance.
The apartment measures ca. 50 sqm. and consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a spacious wardrobe and closet for clothes, a bathroom with bath and shower, a living room with modern kitchen and washing machine, a loft with an extra bed.
The apartment is close to that of the owners, which will be available for any need.
At 200 m from the apartment you will find a supermarket CONAD and the bus stop for Florence, Rome, Bologna, Milan
The apartment is located near shops, restaurants, museums, banks and 500 metres from Piazza Del Campo and 500 metres from the Fortezza Medicea, perfect for shady walks and jogging.
The weekly market takes place on Wednesday mornings at 200 metres from the apartment, next to the city park (the Lizza).
In the summer, in addition to the Palio, there are cultural and musical events of all kinds. Siena is full of life in the rest of the year as well, being a University City of great historical importance.
