Joint Fire Service Leadership Awards

The Joint Fire Service Leadership Awards is an annual event that began it's existence and the Green Cross Safety Awards from the Rochester Safety Council.  This dinner, held during Fire Prevention Week, is intended to honor those city and county firefighters whose deeds have gone over and above the normal expectations. This may include a heroic deed such as saving a life, as well as a firefighter who year after year is always giving 150% to help better the department and serve the community.

The Monroe County Fire Chiefs, along with the Volunteer Fireman’s Association, the Fire Districts Officers Association, the Fire Marshals and Inspectors Association and the Monroe County Fire Bureau,  known as “The Joint Fire Services Leadership of Monroe County”, jointly sponsor this annual “Firefighter’s Appreciation Dinner”.
 
The deadline for submitting nominations is August 8th, 2018.
