Virtual Automation
 

This project was completed as a part of the course in Virtual Automation. The consists of  the simulation of a basic assembly process for a centrifugal pump.  Consisting of 11 parts, the assembly was built up by importing these parts as separate .wrl files into a single file and aligning them. The 11 parts consisted of a Main ,a Body , two shafts one longer and one short, two Keys, two Rings , two  Gears and a  Cover.  Cosmo Worlds was the software used for building the environment and Cosmo player was the vrml browser used for previewing the parts. Javascript was used to enable glowing and change of the command buttons.
