Inside Out Partners, based in Darien, Ct, specializes in hands-on job search coaching for clients ranging from college graduates just getting started in the workplace right on up to seasoned professionals well-established in their careers. 


Cliff Ennico
Cliff, (www.cliffennico.com), a nationally recognized authority on the legal problems of small business, is best known as the former host of MONEYHUNT, the fast-paced PBS reality television series where entrepreneurs defend their business plans before America's toughest panel of experts.  His weekly business advice column, Succeeding in Your Business, the "Ann Landers of the business world", is syndicated nationally by Creators Syndicate, and appears in dozens of major newspapers and small business websites throughout North America.  He is also a frequent contributor to Entrepreneur and other small business magazines, has hosted over 100 streaming video segments on small business legal and tax issues for the Small Business Television Network website (www.sbtv.com), and is the author of 15 books on entrepreneurship and career management including Small Business Survival Guideand Advising eBusinesses.  A member of the faculty of eBay University, he delivers talks to business groups nationwide on the legal, tax, financial and human resources (HR) issues involved in running a successful e-commerce business.

Maureen Mackey

Maureen, co-founder Mackey & Guasco, has been in the staffing industry for over 26 years specializing in the areas of Human Resources, Office Administration, Marketing and Accounting. She has held key positions for many organizations, including the Southern Connecticut Chapter of The Society of Human Resources Management, The CEO Roundtable, and The National Human Resources Association. Maureen is frequently asked to speak at local Fairfield County libraries, colleges and universities where she lends her best practice advice to jobseekers. 


Dr. William (Paul) Maloney

Paul is the Program Director for the Applied Psychology Program in the Graduate School at Fairfield University teaching Performance Coaching, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Consulting Skills and Designing Training and Development Programs. He also taught Business Leadership Development online for University College. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. For more than 25 years, Paul consulted on organizational and human resources issues worldwide. His career includes senior positions in management and organization development at the National Broadcasting Company (NBC), Mobil Oil Corporation, and PepsiCo International.


Tucker Mays

Tucker co-authored Fired at 50: How to Overcome the Greatest Executive Job Search Challenge. Tucker is also Co-Founder, Principal and Executive Coach of Darien-based OptiMarket LLC. His career experience incorporates senior marketing positions at Chesebrough-Ponds and Miles Laboratories. Mr. Mays’ educational background includes an MBA from the Columbia Graduate School of Business.


Dr. Douglas Quine

Doug, retired research Fellow at Pitney Bowes and founder of Triskelion Ltd, started his research career more than 50 years ago. A holder of 49 US patents, his research ranges from prevention of bird-aircraft strike hazards to postal automation and process improvement.  When not traveling (all 50 states and 53 countries), Douglas has given back as a volunteer EMT, board member of volunteer organizations, and mentor. He has presented 60 talks in the USA and abroad on topics including hearing research, bird navigation, philosophy, e-commerce, and barcodes. Now, Douglas has distilled some life experiences into advice for jobseekers.
