  • "The Death of Truth" with Dr. Phil Fernandes InThe Death of Truth” Dr. Fernandes explains how many of the so-called thinkers of Western Civilization abandoned the belief in the existence of the Christian God. This has led to the abandonment of truth and morality as well. Dr. Fernandes shows how the rejection of God in the West has led to Darwinian evolution, the rejection of absolute truth, moral relativism, post-modernism, an increase in immorality, political correctness, and diminishing the value of human life. • "Has Science now Buried God?" According to many modern commentators, science has now explained all that we observe in the universe and God is no longer needed. We are told that atheism is the only intellectually tenable position, and any attempt to invoke God as the explanation impedes progress in science. Does science point to atheism? Dr. Lycklama shows that theism fits more comfortably with science than atheism.  This is not a debate between science and religion, but a debate between two very different worldviews! Dr. Lycklama will be speaking at Edgewood Bible Church, 1720 Meridian Ave. East, Edgewood, WA 98371 at 7:00 PM on Friday May 11, 2018.

  • "Refuting Textbook Arguments for Evolution" This presentation refutes high school and college textbook arguments dealing with the origin of the first living cell, mutations and natural selection, alleged observations of true Darwinian evolution in action, and the complete failure of Darwinian mechanisms to explain the origin of information systems in living creatures. • "Evolution's Achilles Heels" Dr. Rob Carter of Creation Ministries International will speak at Overcomer Covenant Church in Auburn, WA on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 7:00 PM. Unlike anything CMI has ever done before, we interviewed 15 PhD scientists and asked them to list the fatal flaws of evolution, according to their own areas of expertise. Instead of our traditional approach of defending the Bible, this time we put the evolutionists on the defensive and make them answer the most difficult questions we could think of. In this introductory talk, Dr. Carter will summarize the major issues for the evolutionist three critical areas: natural selection, genetics, and the origin of life. This is powerful information that you do not want to miss ...

  • The Quest for Evolution: Evolution is not a New Idea Most people assume that the concept of evolution began with Charles Darwin.  But Darwin merely popularized and provided a supposedly scientific explanation for evolution, an idea that has been around for a long time.  A thread of evolutionary thought may be traced back to the earliest recorded civilizations. In this presentation we trace evolutionism back to its early beginnings and show how it influenced Greek philosophy, which in turn affected Western culture from the Renaissance down to the present, and became deeply rooted in our culture today.  Location: Edgewood Bible Church, 1720 Meridian Ave. E., Edgewood, WA  Time & Date: 7:00 PM, Feb. 9, 2018

Prof McIntosh brings to bear his acoustic engineering background to show that the frequency analyzer we all have in our ears is not only an exam

ple of brilliant engineering design, but is also a tribute to the beauty of what the Lord has made in sound sensory mechanisms, and the ability to appreciate voice and music.

There is minute and detailed engineering involved in the movement in air of acoustic waves which then transmit vibrations through to the mechanical movement of three tiny bones in the ear.

Evolutionists insist that these three tiny bones gradually changed their location as they moved from the jaw bones of reptiles rather than giving the glory to God for His marvelous creation. The logic of this is beyond comprehension when one understands the near perfect acoustic transmission involved in this system.  "The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the LORD hath made even both of them."
