The organizers of the event have not changed. The Spring / Summer Consignment sale will be held at the National Guard Armory on the Mileground. We will be offering NEW, EXCELLENT, and GOOD quality Spring and Summer children’s clothing (sizes newborn to 14), Easter Dresses, dress up outfits, toys, games, strollers, nursery décor, baby gear, safety accessories, maternity wear, and much, much more at exceptional prices!

Interested in Consigning? REGISTRATION FOR CONSIGNORS FOR THE SPRING / SUMMER SALE WILL BE HELD IN JANUARY / FEBRUARY!!!
If you are a PREVIOUS consignor: please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org beginning January 20 if you are interested in the 2013 Spring / Summer Sale.
If you are a NEW consignor: please send an email to email@example.com beginning February 3 if you are interested in the 2013 Spring / Summer Sale
Do you have at least 20 good, excellent or like-new children's items that you would like to consign? It only costs a small $15 participation fee (to cover rental and advertising costs) and you receive 70% of the proceeds from the sale of your items!
Interested in Consigning AND volunteering? If you volunteer for four hours (2 - 2 hour shifts), you receive 80% of the proceeds from the sale of your items. If you volunteer for at least eight hours (4 - 2 hour shifts), you receive 90% of the proceeds from the sale of your items.
ALL consignors must complete a Consignment Sales Agreement (please download the .pdf file attached below). The $15.00 participation fee is due at your scheduled drop-off time (Cash only, please).
We will use the sold & donated sales tags to determine how much money is owed to you. Therefore, please do not laminate or place large amounts of tape across the front of the tags.
All consignors must properly tag their items for the sale. You must request a consignor number and your sales tags from the consignment sales coordinator. The files are in Word format - you may request .pdf files, if necessary. If you use the word documents, you may type in all necessary information. Sales tags may also be handwritten using the template. Please be sure to use the RED sales tag templates and a RED pen for all items that will be 1/2 price on Saturday.
Send an email to Robyn Addie at firstname.lastname@example.org to make your appointment during the month of January or February for the 2013 Spring / Summer Sale. Previous consignors well be registered in January. Any remaining slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis!
*Each consignor is limited to selling 300 items and must prepare their clothing for sale (printing price tags, hanging clothes,etc.).
**Consignor “no-shows” will not be allowed to consign at the next sale.
***Consignor appointments are limited to one hundred consignors and will be filled on a first come/first served basis.

Please pull around to the back back of the building at the Armory. Someone there will assist you. If these times are not convenient for you, please contact Robyn Addie for alternate arrangements.
Volunteer Shopping Hours: 3 pm to 6 pm
Consignor Shopping Hours: 4 pm to 6 pm
Pick-Up HOUR (to pick up any unsold merchandise):
Saturday, March 16: 2 pm to 3 pm - ANY items left at the Armory AFTER 3 pm WILL BE DONATED!!! NO EXCEPTIONS THIS TIME!!! WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU A COURTESY CALL!!!

Be sure to include your name, phone number, and the most convenient hours for you to work. Please keep in mind that we need volunteers for both receiving hours and sale hours at the armory.
