Velveeta Pepper Jack Cornbread

3 - cups regular yellow cornbread mix or jiffy corn muffin mix
2 - cups creamed corn
12 ounces Velveeta Pepper Jack Cheese, grated
1- small yellow onion, grated
3 - eggs 

Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a 9X13 baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool in pan and slice into 12 equal squares. This cornbread is like a thick, moist, spicy cake. It is absolutely delicious served hot and drizzled with honey as an afternoon treat, or as an accompaniment to your favorite chili, soup or grilled sausage and beans. (if you like a bit more crunch and heat, add 2 ounces of chopped pickled jalapenos and ¼ cup chopped cooked bacon
