Mocha Frappuccino Cake

What you need:
  • One box French Vanilla cake mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil...I use Canola
  • 1 cup Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino Chilled Coffee¬†
  • Cupcake Liners
To make:
  • Preheat your oven to 350
  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  • Mix until well blended, be sure to scrape your bowl to ensure everything is incorporated
  • Place your cupcakes liners in your cupcake tin, this recipe makes about 18 cupcakes
  • Spoon your batter into the cupcakes liners
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until middles are raised and the cakes have browned a bit.
  • Let Cool
Whipped Cream

What you need for the whipped cream:
  • 1 cup heavy cream (chilled)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1-2 tbls. granulated sugar
To make:
  • Chill your bowl and whisk in the freezer for around 5 mins.
  • Add the heavy cream to the bowl and begin to whisk at a medium-high speed
  • Add the vanilla
  • Add the sugar to taste (the more sugar you add, the sweeter the cream will be)
  • Whisk until you see soft peaks forming (around 5 mins depending on how chilled your bowl, whisk, and cream are) and your cream looks smooth and silky. ¬†Do not over-whisk.
Pipe your frosting onto your cupcakes and top with Cinnamon to finish!
