Couple, one on one, or group of three or more
3 hour class. Learn everything to prepare you to breastfeed and how to maintain a successful breastfeeding relationship. This class with not only teach you what to expect in the first week, but also gives the knowledge to continue breastfeeding for as long as you and your little one desire. Topics include: anatomy and physiology of the breast, baby born instincts and how they aid with breastfeeding, positioning and latch, how to know your baby is getting enough, common concerns and myths, breast pumps and equipment, preparing to return to work/school, maternal nutrition and medications, importance and need for a support system, and resource list.
In-home Placenta Encapsulation Benefits Class ($60)
Placenta Encapsulation: So what's the big deal anyways?
Humans are one of the only mammals that do not eat their placenta. Learn about the theories, the benefits and how ingesting your placenta can aid in your postpartum recovery. Learn why mother's rave about placenta encapsulation. The $60 for this class will be used as the deposit if you book the placenta encapsulation.
Placenta Encapsulation ($250)
Includes: 100-200 capsules depending on size of placenta, an umbilical cord keepsake and labor. I require a mandatory $50 deposit which ensures me to be "on call" two weeks before and until the baby arrives. Additonal travel fees may be added depending on location. Placenta Tincture ($50)
The tincture can be used after you have finished your capsules in stressful time periods and for hormonal balancing from PMS to menopause.
Breastfeeding Support Group FREE
Come meet other mothers at Belly Sprout located at 125 N. Broadway, Santa Ana, CA 92701 every Thursday from 1-2pm. Get answers to your questions in person.
A once a month class for all your pregnant friends. Held at Belly Sprout, Santa Ana.
If you would like to have your own class in the privacy of your own home I will accommodate that request.
