Louisa Adam (b.1980 Edinburgh. Lives in London) is currently working at Thomas Dane Gallery. She has curated exhibitions internationally and in the UK, including The City and The Stars at Stills, Edinburgh, coinciding with the International Science Festival and the Edinburgh Film Festival. She was commissioned as an External Curator at the Hayward Gallery, London to run a public programme of talks Hayward Conversations – a series of events in which PhD researchers from multiple institutions across London participated - and was invited to be a curator at Hotshoe Gallery with the exhibition Exposure: What Should I Build or Write, Against the Fall of Night? In addition to her independent research, Louisa was assistant curator to Andrew Renton for the exhibition Front of House at Parasol Unit, and for one of the four commissions of the AHRC funded research project Curating Architecture at the Department of Art, Goldsmiths. The exhibition took place at The Showroom, London.
