Mohammad Hossein Rezvani was born in 1975 in Tehran, Iran. He received a B.Sc. in hardware engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnics) in 1999, and the M.Sc. degree in computer engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST) in 2001. Then, He started working toward the Ph.D. degree in computer engineering at IUST. He Received a Ph.D. degree in computer systems' Architecture from IUST in 2011.

In December 2011 He joined Iran's National Foundation of Computer Games (NFCG) as the consultant of game and IT projects. His main task in NFCG was to write the curriculum for computer and game trends for Iran Ministry of Science, Researches and Technology (MSRT) related to the universities across the country. In 2012 he founded the first department of "Computer Game Development" in NFCG, a branch of the “University of Applied Science (UAST)” in Iran. He also was named as the institute's first president. He also have been teaching as an invited lecturer in some universities across the country.

His research interests include network protocols and architectures, the application of strategic behavioral modeling in computer networks, computer games design, software methodologies for computer game development, and multimedia communication.
