Simulation is an entertainment learning experience. It is the bridge between theory and practice. In year 2016, the workshop was conducted for the first time in Qatar then in Singapore, US and Egypt. Learners enjoyed this unique experience. We worked hardly to improve the workshop more and more based on latest evidences and learners' feedback. The workshop is designed for health professionals interested to enhance their skills in simulation and looking prospectively to master the art and science of simulation facilitators.
The program is one full day hands-on activities including; fundamentals of simulation educations, generation of the scenario, preparation of the theater and debriefing & feedback skills. By the end of the workshop, the learners will be able to run a full simulation experience confidently
It is useful for the experts as well as the novices working in or towards simulation. The workshop is also a good tool to prepare for accreditation and certification.

What are the differences between Online course and face-to-face workshop?
  • Face-to-face workshop makes the learners catch up quickly in the simulation and help them to start their career as a simulation instructors.
  • e-learning ensures deep learning and extensive reading and work from the learners for few weeks.
  • Face-to-face workshop has a direct physical communication with the instructor followed by constructive feedback for every task.
  • e-learning has more tasks to do that will be reviewed by the instructor for deliberate practice of simulation  skills.
  • Face-to-face workshop is a  small groups activity that encourages team-based and self-directed learning
  • e-learning is considered as a preparatory course for further qualification and for international recognition.
