Yellow Medicine County Historical Society
The Yellow Medicine County Historical Society and Museum together work to preserve and present the history of the county to the public. The museum is home to displays and exhibits which show the county's genealogy, Native American History, Pioneer life and archeology.  It also boasts a historical and genealogical library that is available for public use.  There are currently 12 displays at the historical society and museum which include ones dedicated to: the founding of Yellow Medicine County, early Native American lifestyle, and a variety of historical machines, musical instruments and furniture.
