In addition to these exhibits, the museum is also home to a large research library, which is available for public use, where visitors can look at a variety of different records and documents which give information about the history of the county.  Since it's beginning as the Hennepin County Territorial Pioneer's Association, the Hennepin History Museum has come to be considered one of the best and most unique history museums in the Twin Cities.
