Chaska Historical Society
The Chaska Historical Society was officially established in 1980 in an effort to record, preserve and pass on the history of Chaska.  Today, the Society is located on West Fourth Street in Chaska in a restored Livery Stable. At this location, the society features exhibits which focus on various parts of Chaska's history, and is also home to a sizable collection of research material  and historical items such as photographs, copies of local news papers, insurance maps and Indian Artifacts.  The Society also offers guided tours for student groups.
