Presentation Dates and Times

Timeline of Dates

January 30, 2019 - First meeting; January 31, 2019 - Make up meeting

The Senior Project rules are explained, project folders are distributed, and the procedure for the selection of a Faculty Mentor and a sponsor are reviewed.

February 7, 2019: Authorization/Release/Faculty Mentor due

January 30 to April 11, 2019: Development Phase

During the Senior Project Development Phase, the student selects a Faculty Mentor, develops the Senior Project goals and proposal, and contacts potential sponsors in the area of interest. 

April 11, 2019: Proposal Due

April 24, 2019 - Second meeting; April 25, 2019 - Make up meeting

Final meeting to explain the procedures for the journal, the outline, and Oral Presentation.

April 26 to May 1, 2019: Oral Presentation Scheduling

After May 4th, you will be assigned a time to present by the Senior Project Coordinator.

May 17, 2019: Last day of class for seniors

May 20, 2019: First day of Senior Project

May 20 to 24, 2019: First week

May 28 to May 31, 2019: Second week

June 3, 2019

The student may use this day to complete the required number of hours. This day also provides the student an opportunity to work on their oral presentation.

June 4, 5, 6 and 7, 2019: Oral Presentation week

Oral Presentation is given before the Evaluation Committee.
