President's Message

We are a group of fiber enthusiasts, that love getting together to talk about our adventures with fiber and improving our skills.
We welcome  everyone to join us, find out when our next meeting will take place and just drop by!  In this website you will find information on how to find us, what we are up to and how to contact us.
  • President's October Post
It’s hard to believe how quickly September went by. I hope that you all have been able to get out and enjoy the
nice weather we had. It was a bonus summer and so nice to be outside without melting for almost a whole
It was so nice to see so many of you at the September meeting, there were so many beautiful things shared by
our members. I hope there is time every month so if someone has something to share with the group they can.
Also we would like to see anything you have made using the lesson of the month – even if you have shown it
October’s program is going to be focusing on charity knitting I’m looking forward to what June and Catherine
    are preparing for us.
It was too hot for me to work on the sweater I started last year that needs to be finished. September was warm
too so I got out the bag of yarns I had set aside to make baby things out of and have been working on that.
Maybe by getting such an early start this year I can actually use up that bag! My husband doesn’t think using
up one bag is going to make that much of a difference in the size of the stash but I will know it is smaller.
    Back to your knitting,
    Teresa Lee, President
