Built by Trondhjems M/V, Trondheim, for Ofotens Dampskibsselskab, delivered on 17 January 1924. Shipyard number, 186. Cost, 980,000 kroner.

 

873 gross, 448 nett tonnes. Overall length 193.3 feet, beam 29.7 feet, depth 19.6 feet. 1,010 IHP, TMV triple expansion engine, 13 knots.

 

Rebuilt and lengthened in 1936. 991 gross, 566 nett tonnes, overall length 213.3 feet.

 

On Hurtigrute from November 1936 to 1940. Previously employed on Ofotens’s Narvik to Trondheim express service.

 

Sunk on 10 May 1940 by British destroyer during battle at Hemnesberget.
